Abstract - The methodology of active phased array module testing is suggested. The module consists of four elementary receiving-transmitting cells, each of which contains an electronically controlled attenuator and phase shifter, power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers and radiator, parameters of which are tested sufficiently simply by the suggested methodology.
