World Student Programming Annual ACM ICPC Competition Armenian quarter-finals were held in Yerevan State University on October 30.
Each teams should include three students. They should be able to write a program, using C, C + + or Pascal languages and solve Algorithmic complexity problems. Projects are tested by the automatic checking system. Key contest duration is 5 hours; winning teams will receive diplomas and the best teams of each HEI will progress into semi-final. Semi-final will hold on November 24, 2010 in Saint-Petersburg, Barnaul, Tashkent and Tbilisi. 

Our students ("Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction" of  department  of  “Informatics, Computer Science and Control Systems”) also participated in and gained the opportunity to present the university the next stage of the competition.
